How much does home staging cost, and what affects the price?
We quote after a free walk-through, not off a rate card. Price depends on the size of the home, the rooms we stage, full versus partial staging, and access.
Your quote is fixed and itemised, so you know the total before anything is booked.
How long does the staging furniture stay in my home?
Six weeks as standard, which covers photography, opens, and auction day. Longer campaigns extend week to week at a rate flagged in your quote. After settlement, we handle removal.
How quickly can you have a property ready?
Staging installs happen within one to two weeks of an accepted quote, and take a day or two. Airbnb setups run two to four weeks. Design projects follow a timeline we agree up front.
What areas do you service?
Melbourne metro and surrounds: inner city, bayside, east, north, west, and the Mornington Peninsula. Just outside? Ask us; we can often make it work.
Can you work with our existing furniture?
Yes, and we like to. Anything you love stays, and we style around it. We'll be honest about pieces working against the space, but the decision is yours.
