How much does home staging cost, and what affects the price?
We quote after a free walk-through, not off a rate card. Price depends on the size of the home, the rooms we stage, full versus partial staging, and access.
Staging is an investment that scales with the home, and on prestige campaigns it typically returns a multiple of its cost at auction. Your quote is fixed and itemised, so you know the total before anything is booked.
How long does the staging furniture stay in my home?
Six weeks as standard, which covers photography, opens, and auction day. Longer campaigns extend week to week at a rate flagged in your quote. After settlement, we handle removal.
How quickly can you have a property ready?
Staging installs happen within one to two weeks of an accepted quote, and take a day or two. Airbnb setups run two to four weeks. Design projects follow a timeline we agree up front.
What areas do you service?
The bayside is home ground: Brighton, Black Rock, Hampton, Sandringham, and Beaumaris. We also cover inner Melbourne, the east, north, west, and the Mornington Peninsula, and travel across Victoria for the right project.
Can you work with our existing furniture?
Yes, and we like to. Anything you love stays, and we style around it. We'll be honest about pieces working against the space, but the decision is yours.
