Warm Theory provides full-service home staging and property styling across greater Melbourne. Our heartland is the bayside, east and west, but we regularly style homes across the inner east, the inner north and the outer eastern suburbs too. Whether it is a light refresh around your own furniture or a full premium fit-out of an empty home, we design, deliver, install and remove the styling, all off a fixed quote. This guide maps the regions we cover and links to the local guides for each, so you can find the detail for your suburb.

What does Warm Theory do?
Home staging and property styling are the same service under two names, both widely used in Australia: preparing a home so it shows and photographs at its best for sale. Warm Theory offers this end to end, plus styling for new and vacant homes. That spans a light partial refresh around your existing furniture through to a full premium fit-out of an empty house, at every budget. We handle the design, the furniture and accessories, delivery, professional installation, the hire period, and removal at the end of the campaign. If you are new to the terms, our guide on home staging vs property styling explains them, and home staging cost in Melbourne covers what shapes a quote.
Which suburbs do we style?
Here is how our coverage breaks down by region. Each region links to a local guide with the detail on buyers, housing stock and what to expect.

|---|---|
| Eastern bayside | Brighton, Hampton, Sandringham, Beaumaris, Black Rock |
| Western bayside & west | Williamstown, Newport, Altona, Altona Meadows, Point Cook |
| Inner bayside | Albert Park, Middle Park, Port Melbourne |
| Inner east | Kew, Balwyn, Hawthorn, Camberwell, Canterbury |

| Inner north | Coburg, Brunswick East, Pascoe Vale |
Bayside: our heartland
The bayside is where Warm Theory does much of its work, on both sides of the bay. On the east, read our guides to home staging in Brighton and Hampton, Sandringham and Beaumaris. On the west, see Williamstown and Newport, Altona and Altona North, Altona Meadows and Point Cook. Closer to the city, we cover Albert Park, Middle Park and Port Melbourne.
East and north
Across the eastern suburbs we style the inner east, covered in our guides to Kew and Balwyn and Hawthorn, Camberwell and Canterbury, through the middle and outer east in Box Hill, Blackburn and Mitcham and Ringwood and the outer east. In the inner north, see our guide to Coburg, Brunswick East and Pascoe Vale.
Not sure if we cover your suburb?
If your suburb is not listed here, it does not mean we cannot help. We travel across the metro area, and delivery and install logistics are always itemised in the quote so there are no surprises. The best next step is a free consult: we assess the home, understand the campaign, and send a fixed, itemised quote wherever you are in Melbourne. You can also see finished rooms across our portfolio, and selling agents can refer clients through our agent referral program.
Styling beyond Melbourne
We also style homes beyond the metro area. If you are selling in regional Victoria, our guide to property styling in Victoria covers how staging works across the state.
